Our in-house Translators are indispensable to our international team. They are natively fluent in Mandarin and English (read, write and speak) to assist with conversion of written material like bank statements, income documentation and emails. They have strong attention to detail, good computer literacy and organised record keeping. They also assess original Mandarin formatted documents against external English translations to confirm accuracy.
Our friendly customer service teams assist clients in English and Mandarin, via phone and email, with all of their mortgage needs after settlement. They have organised record keeping and clear communication for seamless team assistance of clients. They effectively manage a dynamic and complex case-load in accordance with internal procedures and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Their strong negotiation skills assist with customer retention, offering custom solutions for a positive solution for customer and lender.
Credit Officers apply credit policy with a core understanding of principles behind policy and ensure measured assessments are undertaken. They work with Administration Specialists and Senior Credit to compile, organise and research all necessary avenues of information on new loan applications. They have existing knowledge (or can be trained) of income documentation, banking practice and taxation documentation from multiple countries and jurisdictions. Credit Officers have the ability to understand and differentiate lending policy for multiple regions – Australia and United Kingdom. The role can lead to advancement for those with composure under pressure, strong problem solving capabilities and enthusiasm for credit policy. Fluency in Mandarin, as well as English, would be an asset.
Our Administration Specialists are the backbone of support for our credit team. They carry out verification and due diligence checks, and follow up outstanding paperwork, with organised record keeping and clear communication. They have strong attention to detail, good computer literacy and can confidently conduct interviews via text, email, phone or video call.
